Does anyone know where I can learn the basic concepts of OOP(10pts)?
I need to learn C/C++ but I need to understand how OOP works. I was hoping someone could tell me a site where I could learn this.
The site needs to be down to earth and not use alot of tech terms since I’m still learning. Also the site should try to explain it without using any programming. Instead it should explain it by idea or concept.
You might think maybe a coloring book full of pictures with a vocabulary of a 5 year old would suit me! Yes, I know I’m asking alot but I’m not very good with programming terminology(yet).
I have done programming in basic and such so I do know some fundamentals of programming that are used in procedural programming. But as for OOP I’m lost.
P.S. I tried wikipedia but it was to techy for me.

All you need is to understand three things:
inheritance (object can inherit some properties or methods from parent objects),
encapsulation (you don’t care about object’s implementation, you just have to know how to use it),
polymorphism (different objects may use the method with the same name in a different way)
But actually this is quite theoretical. When I first read about it i didn’t understand anything. The best way to get your head around this stuff is learning by doing.
