Patriotic Flag Tattoos – Locating Superb Art Can Be Awfully Challenging!

I’m completely flabbergasted by the vast quantity of dull patriotic flag tattoos being peddled online. What happened to the galleries that were renowned for showing exciting body art drawings full of creative energy and passion?

A week ago, I browsed more than two dozen websites and couldn’t find a single design worth printing on my low-grade A4 paper. When it comes to getting a tattoo, here’s how I operate.

Take patriotic flag tattoos for example. What I would normally do is go online to seek out unique and inspiring designs, print out between 5-10 different ones and take the sheets to my tattoo artist.

And then, I’ll discuss with the artist in greater depth regarding modifications and whether we can add positive elements from each design and mix them together to create a super mind-blowing tattoo (at least to me).

Once again, I have to speak out the bad news which is the fact that patriotic flag tattoos that are creatively crafted is awfully challenging to get a hold of.

If you’re experiencing the same problem as me and you’re utterly sick of viewing sites that are full of unoriginal creations, then listen up because I’ve accidentally discovered a way to locate tattoo databases with relatively large archives of superb art.

What I did was visit a discussion board to grab some much needed info that would pinpoint me to the best quality databases.

Guess what?

I was made to understand by a few helpful discussion board members that seeking out crackling, unique patriotic flag tattoos using major search engines is a waste of time!

Presently, mainstream search engines’ servers are packed with tattoo databases that are rich with cookie-cutter, yawn inducing artworks.

Somehow, they managed to rank at the top of the search engine results as well as dozens of pages beyond thus making it difficult for us to find databases that contain gold quality patriotic flag tattoos.

They’ve been well concealed by the search engines but there’s a different path you can take to access them.

Since I found my favorite tattoo databases through a message board, then I urge that you go on this route too.

Don’t depend on the search engine unless you’re up to the challenge of  plowing through a jungle of sites designed to frustrate you by peddling drawings that are not only uninspiring, but also have been printed out countless of times.

If locating original works of patriotic flag tattoos is your priority, then discussion board with its powerful search feature is your best bet.

About the Author

In this book, renowned New York University professor, Robert Kaupelis, shares the tutorials that he used with his students. Covering everything from creating form through contour drawings to drawing with new technology, Experimental Drawing helps you zero in on concepts and form ideas that may take your work to a new and more intriguing level. Some of the innovative exercises included in Experimental Drawing : Drawing models while blindfolded Engaging in group drawing sessions, as popularized during the Dada era Utilizing different drawing materials such as glass, plastic, feathers, string, sponges, metal dust, and more Reducing a post’s brushstroke from six to one Using cross-contour lines for a more abstract still life Integrating a grid system on a carefully rendered scene to create an illusion of distorted space and movement Kaupelis believes that as with most art forms, it’s best to comprehend traditional drawing techniques before you break the rules. This classic volume’s inventive and stimulating projects can help serious artists develop their own vision and their own way to draw. It includes more than 200 spectacular drawings by old and modern masters from Michelangelo to Jasper Johns in addition to some outstanding works by the author’s students. Author — Robert Kaupelis. In Drawing for Architecture , architect Léon Krier makes an impassioned argument against what he sees as the unquestioned doctrines and unacknowledged absurdities of contemporary architecture. Through more than 200 provocative doodles, drawings, and ideograms — all drawn with wit and grace — he calls for a return to traditional architecture, building, and settlement techniques as a means of ecological reconstruction. Drawing for Architecture does not try to please or flatter the architectural establishment. Rather, Krier challenges what he sees as "Random Uniformity" ("fake simplicity") and "Uniform Randomness" ("fake complexity"). He draws bloated "bulimic" and disproportionately scrawny "anorexic" columns flanking a graceful "classical" one. And he compares "private virtue" (modernist architects’ homes and offices) to "public vice" (modernist architects’ "creations"). In an age of energy crisis, Krier writes (and his drawings show) that we "build in the wrong places, in the wrong patterns, materials, densities, and heights, and for the wrong number of dwellers." His humane and gentle vision of what a city might be should be required reading for all architects and urbanists. Léon Krier has taught at the Architectural Association, the Royal College of Arts, the University of Virginia, Princeton University, and Yale University. He has been an architectural consultant to the Prince of Wales since 1988 and is the recipient of numerous prizes, including the Driehaus Prize for Classical Architecture and the Jefferson Memorial Gold Medal. Author — Léon Krier. Paperback. 248 pages. 5½" × 8" (14 cm × 20 cm) .
